You trade it in and get an even more expensive car because to keep up ur image... Gotta move up can't go back to a Nissan. You trade it in and buy another 75,000 car. You've spent 125,000..... Now let's look at the top picture. You purchase this and rent it out for $1000 a month to a family. In 6 years you've collected over 75,000 in rent and the home value goes up by 50,000. So at the end of the day you've made $75,000 in rent. Property value increased $50,000 and and you sell the house for $125,000. So you walk away with $200,000. Food for thought.
