This afternoon, Nova Scotians will observe a province-wide moment of silence at 3:00 pm to remember those who lost their lives during the Portapique tragedy. There will be two memorial services. Starting at 3:00 pm, the Nova Scotia Remembers Legacy Society will host a ceremony, which you can watch on their Facebook page. Then at 6:00 pm, CBC News will be hosting “Stronger Together”, sharing stories of the families and communities impacted. This special will carried through the CBC network and on CBC Nova Scotia's Facebook page. As we reflect on the tragic events that unfolded last year, each of us will process the pain and trauma differently. It’s okay to not be okay.
