Marcia Soto has run her beauty salon in Pilsen for the past 40 years. As the neighborhood gentrifies, her clientele is dwindling, making the future of the salon uncertain. Soto recently recovered from an accident where she injured her hand and was unable to work for a year. The salon has gone from six full time employees to just one.
