Feature Friday: Today we're spotlighting Desiree Hernandez! Desiree is a senior Honors student majoring in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Development. She hand-painted and filled bags with goodies for early readers to take home as a part of the literacy family involvement project at Beaches Habitat for Humanity Education Program. Thanks Desiree for going above and beyond for our community and the students you serve! Thanks for being a #COEHSdifferencemaker . . . ID: Desiree stands at end of classroom table wearing a mask with hand painted tote bags and children's books displayed.
