He will be in and out of his den over the next few weeks,” Kicking Horse Mountain Resort wrote on social media. “It’s good to see you, big guy,” they added. It can take a few weeks for bears to fully wake up after hibernating, and as of March 20, Boo was “still adjusting, moving slowly and sleeping for much of his day,” according to his carers. “We continue to ask everyone to be quiet when around the refuge and let the big guy adjust with minimal disruption,” they said.
