Today we will highlight the community service done by our teams. Here is what WPI Football does: 1. Team Impact 2. Burncoat Thanksgiving: Members of the football team serve a Thanksgiving Meal to the students at Burncoat Prep. 3. Burncoat Afterschool Program: Members of the football team tutor and provide recreational activities for the students at the school. 4. Be The Match - Next week WPI Football will be sponsoring a Be The Match Bone Marrow Donor Registration Drive. 5. Working for Worcester – Members of the football team volunteer in a community initiative designed to better the recreational and family spaces of Worcester, MA. 6. Big Brother / Big Sister – WPI football player pair with Big Brothers Big Sisters to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. #whyd3 #d3week #newmacsports
