As part of our Foundation Tickets program, we are excited to host Asheville Writers in the Schools & Community staff and participants at our home game tomorrow. a.w.i.t.s.c is a North Carolina-based nonprofit organization that ignites social change through the power of the arts, culture, and restorative self-expression. The program aims to amplify the voices, and create agency for BIPOC communities in Asheville by providing free arts and cultural programming. Their current programs include Word on the Street/Voces de les Jovenes and Family Voices. They have many events and programming they do outside of these two main programs!
