Our Chef utilizes the Josper grill as it’s an alternative to classic grilling techniques. Originating from Spain, the Josper runs on charcoal and comes with a built-in temperature control system that accelerates the cooking process while maintaining tremendous amounts of moisture and juiciness.
Adding the smoky flavors, as well as beautiful olive oil sourced from the south of Spain and topping it off with black olive powder provides an exquisite Mediterranean hint to this special dish. The combination of olive essences is truly an unforgettable culinary experience.
