Aby, Flight Attendant: Part of what I love about travelling is you never know whom you might meet. I once had a layover in France where the rest of the crew were tired and wanted to sleep. I wasn't ready to rest yet so I went out to explore on my own. When I got to the Louvre, there was a girl taking pictures who caught my eye. Even today I‘m not sure why, but I decided to go over and say hello. It turned out that she was also a flight attendant but based in Australia. From that moment on we were inseparable and spent the entire day exploring the city together. We still keep in touch – and I’m even looking into visiting her soon.
