Introduced in 1999, five years after A. Lange & Söhne's announcement of their first collections, the Datograph is named after the complications "date" and "chronograph". It is the exemplifier of German watchmaking and best known for their finishing, complexity and iconic design. Its calibre L951 features a flyback chronograph with a jumping minute counter, the beautiful column wheel mechanism meticulously displayed through the sapphire display back. Presented here is a Reference 403.035F made circa 2005, to be offered in the Hong Kong Important Watches sale.
