Patek Philippe reference 1518 was first introduced to the market in 1941 and was in production until 1954. A total of 281 examples were manufactured which is an incredibly small number compared to today's standards. The example pictured here was serviced and overhauled at Patek Philippe in 2005 where the firm replaced the case back, together with a fitting a new gold bezel.
