Only in production from 1965 to 1969, the Rolex reference 6241 was made in a very limited quantity of approximately 2700 pieces and only a very limited numbers of them were fitted with a 'Paul Newman' dial. To the best of our knowledge, 400 pieces were made in 14k yellow gold and 300 pieces were made in 18k yellow gold, while the majority of 6241 was made in stainless steel, such as the pictured example which will be offered soon in Hong Kong.
