Glass artist Fulvio Bianconi first presented this model vase at the 1952 Venice Biennale, where his work achieved critical acclaim. Into the 1960s Venini continued to produced Bianconi’s “Pezzato” series, which is characterized by patchwork glass designs in various color combinations.
