As we unveil the 5th edition of Watches Weekly in Geneva, we are in awe of this incredibly rare vintage Rolex, ref. 6236 ‘Jean-Claude Killy’ ‪from around 1958‬. The iconic reference combines a triple calendar and a chronograph function, making it one of the most complicated examples created by the world-famous manufacture. Collectors gave Dato-Compax models (of which this reference is the last iteration) the nickname ‘Jean-Claude Killy’, after the triple olympic champion skiier.
