This PatekPhilippe Calatrava Ref. 5153R-010 is limited to only 25 pieces and was released in 2018 for the 125th anniversary of zigerliiff, who has been an authorised Patek Philippe retailer in Bern for over 115 years. As well as a unique hand-guilloched centre, the watch features a beautifully engraved hinged back depicting the 16th-century fountain that can be seen in this photo.
