The Roger W Smith Series 2 is arguably the world's smallest production watch, with less than 100 pieces produced since its conception in 2006. In 1987, Smith met master horologist Dr. George Daniels while attending the Manchester School of Horology, and later became Daniels only apprentice. Known as “The Daniels Method”, Smith created stunning timepieces using nothing but his bare hands. With an estimate of $100/200,000, this rare timepiece is numbered 10 and represents one of the earliest iterations of the Series 2. Visit our public exhibition this weekend in #NYC to view the present watch and more timepieces by independent makers on offer in our 4 June Important Watches auction. #SothebysWatches #RogerWSmith #Watch #Wristwatch #WatchGeek #WatchesofInstagram
