Carrying a combination of two rare complications, which took the firm's technicians three years to develop, the hand engraved pink gold rectangular tourbillon wristwatch has a power reserve of 10 days, the first of its kind. In 2011, Patek Philippe revamped the look of REF5101/100R-001, adding exquisite and elegant scroll motifs to each extremely slim "step" of the case, transforming it into one of the best looking watches in recent years.
