An etching on Somerset Satin paper, this work was never editioned - so this is one of two unpublished proofs. Neither of these proofs has ever been offered at auction - until now. The subject of this particular work is film maker Angus Cook, who posed for #Freud's oil painting 'Painter and Model', 1986-7. This piece is one of 32 etchings that will be offered at our #Freud sale at 1pm today, and will remain on view on our seventh floor until the end of the day.
