5 ways to Sunday reset for the week:
1. Peace + Quiet… give yourself space to hear your thoughts and guides.
2. Learn something new… find a tutorial, join a class, even finding a new recipe on Pinterest.
3. Get some fresh air… bundle up for a walk even if its brief. It’s amazing what a little trip outside can do.
4. Work on a project you’ve been meaning to get to… we all have these. The little projects and tasks that are almost complete. Just finish one, it will be such a relief and free up the mental space that it’s been taking up in the background without you even knowing.
5. Write it down… whether it’s journaling out your thoughts or listing out a “to-do” list, give your mind the relief that it doesn’t need to retain it all by getting it down on paper.
