2021 was our 35th annual year of hosting Santa Village! Over 9,000 visitors came to the event and gave donations to benefit those in need in our community. Visitors are asked to bring donations of canned goods, cash and new toys. In 2021 the community donated: 🎄1,482 pounds of non-perishable food items. These were donated to Great Plains Food Bank, which is equivalent to over 4,200 meals. 🎄497 new and gently used toys. The toys were given to the YMCA 21st Century Community Learning Center. 🎄$3,177.17 in cash donations were collected. Cash was given to support area organizations including Giving Tree of Hope and Children’s Miracle Network at Sanford Children’s Fargo. 🎄Santa Village also delivered 2,231 letters to Macy’s, who in turn donated $1.00 per letter to Make a Wish Foundation of North Dakota.
