This week marks the 10-year anniversary of Harris Marquesano’s accidental death by overdose. Harris was 19. Harris suffered from co-occurring disorders (COD).    20 million Americans suffer from COD, the condition of having both mental health and substance use disorders. 1 in 2 people with substance use issues also struggle with mental health challenges.
