Meet abbeyglynn (Abbey Glynn), a proud Longmont, CO native and Mead High School alum. Born in Boulder to parents Kelly and Kevin Glynn, she's the younger sister to twins Riley (former football player at Black Hills State) and Emily (former gymnast at the University of Denver). Athletics run in the family, with Mom having run track at Fort Hays State. Abbey, a three-time state champion, not only excelled in academics, making the academic all-district team, but also dominated on the track. Her senior season saw her winning the 300m hurdles and securing back-to-back sprint medley relay titles. She graduated with a bang, holding seven school records, including everything from the 100m to the 800m, both hurdle records, and the triple jump record. Her success continued beyond high school; she now holds the Colorado record in the 400m hurdles. Abbey is a two-time All-American (2021-22) with two NCAA appearances under her belt.
