Make these Keto-Friendly Egg Florentine Cups for your Easter Brunch!
Ingredients:
· Keto Culture Baking White Bread
· Melted Unsalted Butter
· Shredded cheese
· Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
· Large eggs
· Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut off the crusts of each bread slice. Brush both sides of the bread with butter. Then gently place each slice into a muffin tin cup.
