#CubsCollection: Cubs Hall of Famers. Each summer, the baseball community gathers to celebrate the greats of the game by inducting a select few into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Lee Smith was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2019 becoming the 52nd Cub - player, manager or executive - to be honored. He is also the 11th to be depicted wearing a Cubs hat on his plaque. The other 10 include Ernie Banks, Billy Williams, Fergie Jenkins, Ron Santo and other beloved Cubs of yesteryear.
