A couple of separate reports suggest that Microsoft is looking at the possibility of launching a handheld Xbox. It has considered the idea before but apparently has renewed interest following the success of devices like the Asus ROG Ally (pictured), the Lenovo Legion Go, the Nintendo Switch, and the Steam Deck. Windows Central managing editor said on the Xbox Two Podcast: "I know that [Xbox] has got handheld prototypes right now." In a recent interview, Phil Spencer, CEO of Microsoft Gaming, said the Xbox hardware team is considering "different hardware form factors and things that [they] could go do," a possible hint that a handheld Xbox could be on the way. #xbox #microsoft #videogames #portablegaming
