We are taking our next Student Employee Appreciation Week feature to the great outdoors! Introducing our Outdoor Pursuits team, who are the biggest nature enthusiasts on campus! These adventurers lead students on single and multi-day expeditions across the southeastern United States. From paddling and cycling to hiking and climbing, our OP trip leaders provide a breathtaking adventure through nature’s playground! Meet Peyton Russo, a Trip Leader for Outdoor Pursuits, who has worked with Campus Rec since Fall 2021. She dreams of creating inclusive spaces for recreational opportunities and breaking down barriers to participation, and her favorite memories with Campus Rec show her commitment to creating a happy well-being for all.
