WE ARE BACK & continuing our conversations! We have really been focusing on our TEAM this past week so we apologize if you thought the conversations were over- we are just getting started🤪. Bringing this week’s conversation back is freshmen, Jenny Cerezo-Portillo! “Equal pay/equal play means a lot to me because it represents the equality that women should have in male dominated sports. Converse represents that by paving new pathways for women everyday, and continuing to prove how powerful and worthy we are and will continue to be on and off the field. “ As Beyoncé would ask “WHO RUNS THE WORLD?!” The answer is GIRLS/WOMEN! Thankful for the women who have and continue to pave the way for young women like Jenny, our students and student-athletes at Converse.
