Our partner in Indonesia, @sungaiwatch, protects and restores Indonesia’s rivers by developing and designing simple technologies to stop the flow of plastic pollution from going into the ocean. In partnership with @corona, we were excited to install trash barriers in Indonesia aligned with the Quiksilver/ROXY Pro G-Land with the help of Championship Tour surfers @filipetoledo and @tatiwest. Our impacts from the grant last year include: 💙 100 tons of plastic being removed from rivers 🗑 20 trash barriers installed in rivers 🧹 14 cleanups 💧 32,858 kg of plastics collected via cleanups 🚮 11 full-time staff hired 🛻 2 pickup trucks provided 🌊 1 trash sorting station established Thank you to all the incredible partners involved in these efforts! #WeAreOneOcean
