At our WAOO activation event, participants joined WSL CT surfers for a beach cleanup and planting of native plants to enrich the dunes and inspire community members to take further steps to engage with conservation actions. We are deeply grateful for WSL PURE grantee @sosma, community partners @marsemlixobr and @escoladesurfsaqua, and surfers @caioibelli and @isabella_nichols, who joined us to lead environmental efforts here in Brazil!
