This Thursday, we’re throwing it back to the 2018 Billabong Pipemasters when @countercurrent_art director @estess.art.science created the Plastic Free Pipeline sculpture from marine debris along with @wsl@wslpure@sustainablecoastlineshawaii@kokuahawaiifoundation@bureo@hydroflask@reusehawaii

Over 100K people got barreled in the sculpture and millions of viewers caught it's message inspiring them to choose reusables over single-use plastics. In the years that followed, the sculpture traveled to @turtlebayresort, Shark's Cove, and the @bishopmuseum for the Mai Kinohi Mai exhibit on the history of surfing in the Hawaiian Islands.
