A couple of weeks back I (Guy) posted a "From the Brewhouse" post with Robin and Chad brewing something special for batch #1100. In case you didn't know, our mash tun, kettle, brights, and fermenters in the brewhouse are named after Grimm Brothers characters. The beer they brewed that day went into the Master Thief fermenter (strategically left that photo out) which is appropriate because it was indeed Master Thief. Our Friend Dan is the biggest Master Thief fan we know. Dan has been a Mug Club Member since the beginning and is also one of two "Beer Drinkers of the Year" which means he is a Mug Club Member in perpetuity. When we stopped brewing Master Thief, Dan had a mug made that says, "RIP Master Thief". Today I had the privilege of serving him Master Thief in that Mug. I think he was happy. Master Thief officially releases this Saturday in the Taproom - Prost!
