Today’s release in our 10 Years - 10 Beers series is “Jamaican Me Crazy”. We took our already delicious Snow Drop and aged it in a barrel that originally contained rum followed by a Traditional mead that was aged in it for 4 years. The resulting beer has aromas of honey, raw sugar, and marshmallow. On the palate it is smooth and round with notes of rum, mead, and vanilla with just a trace of smoke from the char of the barrel.
