Our Summer seasonal, Briar Rose is a crisp and refreshing Kölsch. A nod to our German inspired brewery and our deep Loveland roots, this Kölsch is brewed with 50% Weyerman Pilsner Malt from Bamberg, Germany and 50% Root Shoot Genie Pale Malt from right here in Loveland. We used German Mandarina Bavaria hops to give it a kiss of citrusy bitterness to balance the malt. Will it be your kiss that awakens the Princess Briar Rose? You have only to try it to find out.
