Today's episode of From the Brewhouse comes from yesterday. While I transferred Snow Drop into the bright tank, Laura kegged The Queen Bee. We will release this Braggot on February 15 in conjunction with The Sogs concert in the Bier Hall. If you happen to sign up for the Between the Staves Valentines Beer Dinner you will be treated to a Rum barrel aged version of The Queen Bee as one of the wood aged beers paired with dinner - Prost! #FabledFermentation #TheQueenBee #BetweenTheStaves #Braggot
