The use of abortion pills has grown as a percentage of abortions in the United States since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, particularly in states that have enacted extreme restrictions on abortion access. Increasingly those pills are being obtained outside of the medical system, including through a network that delivers supplies over the border from Mexico.
