Deja-vu, deja-know? 25 years ago on 21 July 1994, former minister George Yeo and the late Robert Iau (Executive Chairman of The Singapore Arts Centre Company Ltd that eventually became The Esplanade Co Ltd in 1997) checked out the 3D model for Esplanade.
