#IGTakeover Hi I’m Benson, chief of this giant durian also known as Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. Most of you may be familiar with the many performances and festivals that we present but probably not a lot are aware of the community work that we do. My social media team asked me to share this aspect of our work as they know how much this means to me. So since it’s December, which has somewhat become the unofficial month of giving, I thought I’d share how we bring the arts to the very many different groups of people who might not have the opportunity or the ability to enjoy and benefit from the broad range of activities that take place here. Our mission is to make the arts accessible to as many people as possible. There are many dedicated people, both in and out of Esplanade, that make it all work. So stay tuned.
