Upper School girls in Ms. Marley's art class received photos of children from Ukraine that they will paint portraits of to be delivered to each child through The Memory Project. The Memory Project is a non profit organization that invites art teachers and their students to create portraits for youth who have faced substantial challenges such as neglect, violence, and extreme poverty. For the children, receiving a portrait created by students is a fun and meaningful event. #NDCS #UpperSchool #thememoryproject #art
