T A K E O V E R Razi and I came a long way. He heads up the Rockstar Collective. Prior to baybeats, both wakemeupmusic and rockstar collective have very common objectives. We were also very consistent providing a variety of gigs in the scene back in the early 2000s.  One thing I love about what Razi is his relentless energy to pursue his ideals. He is a thinker and I have always love listening to him.  He and his team also brought to baybeats a unique sense of operating out of their creativity as a community. All of them are in bands, some are artists, some are designers, and so on, and as a community they are playful and yet productive. I credit these to Razi's unique style of leadership.  We need that sense of community in the music scene.
