T A K E O V E R  What I hope to present in mixtape includes a very key component of Baybeats. It's the people behind it. They will come in a series and I would like to kick start it with.... Esmond (ezzo81) has been the face that most who associate with WMUM the most in the last few years.  He wears a lot of hats throughout the years. Vocalist for Vertical Rush, Label manager for WMUM and also judged for baybeats few years ago.  But for those who remember, he was also the WMUM shop manager in the early years of baybeats. He had one of the toughest and unseen jobs in baybeats.  Esmond and I have came a long way and we enjoy more than a mentoring relationship but genuine friendship. Through baybeats, his posture is one that displayed his passion, trustworthiness and loyalty. He always put others ahead of him.  For mixtape, he has been responsible for most of the ground work not because he is only capable but more so, he knows me too well and thus, I can entrust him with this task.
