Great final day of team sparring yesterday with the headrushtc and Tapout crews. Its been a blast training with you guys the last few nonths. It is funny that i am finally starting to feel at home here in Ontario in the final month of my stay. I will miss you guys, and know that you will always have a friend in Sacramento! #MMA #family #BJJ #muaythai #boxing #wrestling #fighting #fitness #hardwork #brazilianjiujitsu #striking #winning #fitfam #success #ufc #worldseriesoffighting #wsof
