Reese Brantmeier, a top-ranked tennis player at UNC, brought a lawsuit against the NCAA in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina last week.⁠ ⁠ She is seeking an injunction to prevent the NCAA from restricting individual sport athletes like herself from receiving prize money.
