Day 8 Grateful for those that have paved the way before me. You can read all the books, have all the degrees, be the smartest in the room but until you apply that existing knowledge, gain experience and learn from those that have done it successfully before you, you probably won’t go far. It’s amazing to me how many times I sit down with someone with little experience that will not apply the advice given by someone that has had massive success in their given field. You do not know it all & never will. It’s a constant progression of learning then applying then learning more, applying that then going back & relearning to remind yourself what you haven’t been implementing and the cycle never stops. If you are blessed to have a mentor... lean in, ask questions, do what they say, be a sponge and put the knowledge you learn into action, make mistakes, fail, solve problems, ask more questions.... Stop ignoring the resources right in front of you because of ego. #NDO42 #DrinkNDO
