I say it often that you have to change your mindset in order to attain the things you want in life. What I have experienced throughout my 20 + years working with athletes, clients and members is that some have an easier time changing their mindset while others can’t seem to conquer their thoughts so they become defeated and now they feel as if both their mind & body are not where they want to be.
