25 Cable Crunches *go heavy, suck in your stomach, drive your elbows to the ground slightly towards your knees and squeeze at the bottom
25 Bench knees to chin w/ 5-10lb ankle weights (not shown in Video) sit on end of a bench keeping your knees bent at 90 hands behind you take your feet to the ground and then bring your knees to your chin***
25 Decline crunches *keep constant tension on your abs***
1 minute Plank * elbows slightly out in front, lift your hips up so you engage your core without throwing your butt up like a tent, drive your elbows towards your belly button the entire minute***
50 yard Heavy KB Farmer Walk *Head and Chest up weight off your body like you are holding your groceries and you don’t want to make two trips*** (not shown in Video)
