Staff Spotlight ➡️ Dominique Beck-Bryant Meet Dominique, assistant coach for our women’s basketball team! Dominique joined the team staff as an assistant coach in May of 2017. Prior to UVM, she spent three seasons at Marist College with current head coach Alisa Kresge, followed by a year at Manhattan College during the 2016-2017 season. Originally from Crofton, Maryland, Dominique graduated from Saint Joseph’s with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She was a two-time co-captain of her team, and led the Hawks to a pair of WNIT appearances. Working and playing in sports has show Dominique that in life you will have success and failure, and how to cope with both situations. She has been able to learn how to embrace adversity and challenges when they are thrown at her, and how to grow and learn from all experiences.
