The JSerra Athletic Administration proudly announces that Katherine Delaney (’11), Leslie Chang (’12), and Pat Holligan will be inducted into the JSerra Athletics Hall of Fame at the fourth annual JESPY Awards on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Delaney was the lead catalyst in helping the Lions win the first Trinity League, CIF Southern Section and CIF State Cross Country team championships in school history in 2010. She also set the school’s current all-time 1600m record (4:42.95) at the CIF-SS Masters Meet in 2011. Jason Fields, JSerra’s sports information director, covered Delaney’s career extensively during his tenure at the Orange County Register. He commented, “Katherine was a remarkably versatile athlete who mixed exceptional talent with a dedicated mindset of achieving greatness.
