I was starstrucked with these guys (as I’m also a film grad from UP Diliman — chatting about the advancement in technology that they used in filming Alita really got me excited) Film legend jamescameron acquired the rights to Alita even before he made his blockbuster film Avatar but it took almost 20 years before it was made for the big screen. Battle Angel Alita is an Anime manga series created by Yukito Kishiro in 1990. Alita: Battle Angel is about an abandoned cyborg (Rosa Salazar) with no memory of her previous life as she attempts to outrun deadly forces from her past.
