I saw someone do this and I was like, GENIUS! Here’s why I love doing it this way 👇🏽 1️⃣ If your client decides they don’t like the plan B or C or Z then no biggie! They don’t have to walk around with even more discolored hair. 2️⃣ I can try multiple lighteners because not all lighters are created equal. I used kenraprofessional Blue Powder and then Beyond Bond with Duel Bond Complex. Both offer great lift but one did better than the other for this client. 3️⃣ I can blast the hair with 40Vol and leave it on for an hour to test its breaking point. I would never suggest 40vol on a color correction but 40Vol will tell you a lot! As you can see the hair withstood a beating and over all would be a good candidate for 20vol with a long processing time and reappl...
