Spotlight's on (U)SF: Residence Hall Association Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student organization that aims to serve as a voice for residents. They accomplish this by providing leadership opportunities within residence halls with the establishment of RHCs, serving as a liaison between students and other campus entities as well as planning and executing programs that seek to provide a positive on-campus living experience.
